XPEL Boston

I had a C- experience with XPEL Boston. The actual service was okay, but the communication and coordination between staff members seemed very poor. I arrived at 9:00 AM and confirmed with the front desk that I should come back around 11:00 AM while I waited at a nearby coffee shop. When I returned at 11:30 AM, my car had not even been brought in for service yet. The person I spoke with seemed surprised that I was waiting and apparently was not aware of the arrangement. I was then told to come back again in another two hours. When I finally returned later, they decided to start working on the car. What should have been an appointment turned into a very long day from 9 AM to 3 PM. The whole experience felt very “cookie-cutter” — basically “take it or leave it.” I hope they improve their communication and customer service process in the future.

I had to cancel the work on the day the work is supposed to be done. They cancelled it with no cancellation fee whatsoever. Awesome.

This shop is fantastic all the way around from costumer service, quality work and products. They guarantee their work. I brought both my new Tesla model Y and model 3 to them to have my windows tinted. Tint on the model Y came out beautiful. So did my model 3. What I appreciated the most was the customer service. These guys are great technicians and in dealing with the shop, the guys there are honest and they do quality work. If you aren’t 100% satisfied this shop will make it right. Highly highly highly recommend!

Great quality service. Super fast. And the place is very clean which is a nice bonus.

They installed PPF on my entire car and people can't even tell they're not looking directly at the paint. Ian also removed a deep scratch that other pros said would have to be wet sanded. They also stand by their work to the utmost.
